I am very disappointed in this product. I would expect for $300 it would included backs and glass. It is simply an open frame. There aren't even hangers on the back to hang the nativity up. It is certainly not worth the money.
Note from Serendipity Designs: Ms. Bruce could have returned this frame for a full refund. However, I believe if you price this frame elsewhere, you will find the cost to be closer to $600! The frame is over five feet long by 2 1/2 feet tall. Every section includes special angles, something most framers cannot even do! Mounting board has never been included because many stitchers prefer foamcore, while we prefer 3x white acid free mounting board. The frame is always shown standing up, so we have never supplied hangers.
